Elders are the overseers and under shepherds (pastors) of the Church. Their role is to shepherd God’s people faithfully, ensure the church’s biblical faithfulness and integrity in all matters of faith and practice, and to exercise watch and guardianship over the church, both as a corporate entity and as a household of faith. The number of elders shall be based on meeting the needs of the church family. All Pastoral Staff are elders. Elders are non-paid positions, with the exception of the Pastoral Staff.
